Excited states of the $^{203}\mathrm{Po}$ ($Z=84,N=119$) have been investigated after populating them through $^{194}\mathrm{Pt}(^{13}\mathrm{C},4n)$ fusion-evaporation reaction at ${\mathrm{E}}_{\mathrm{beam}}=74$ MeV and using a large array Compton-suppressed HPGe clover detectors as detection setup for emitted $\ensuremath{\gamma}$ rays. Standard techniques $\ensuremath{\gamma}$-ray spectroscopy applied towards establishing level structure nucleus. Twenty five new transitions identified therein, $\ensuremath{\gamma}\text{\ensuremath{-}}\ensuremath{\gamma}$ coincidence measurements, spin-parity assignments several determined or confirmed, following angular correlation linear polarization measurements on observed The excited interpreted in framework basis shell-model calculations, while comparing their calculated experimental energies. They principally ascribed to proton population ${h}_{9/2}$ ${i}_{13/2}$ orbitals outside $Z=82$ closure neutron occupation ${f}_{5/2}$, ${p}_{3/2}$, $N=126$ shell.
